Refunds and cancellation

This policy covers what you pay for Sendicorn, run by MSECAMP LLC, 12 Daniel Road, Suite 318-333, Fairfield, NJ 07004, United States. It is part of our Terms of Service.

How you pay

Plans are monthly subscriptions: 8,000 emails a month for US$5, 20,000 for US$9, 48,000 for US$19 and 160,000 for US$49. They are billed in advance in US dollars and renew automatically every month at the same price until you cancel. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Extra packs (10,000 emails for US$4) are one-time purchases and are never charged automatically.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and sold through Link (Sold through Link, LLC), a Stripe company, which is the merchant of record. Link takes the payment, sends your receipts, and shows on your card statement as LINK.COM* SENDICORN. Your card details never reach our servers.

Cancelling

Cancel any time by writing to [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan keeps running to the end of the month you paid for, and you aren't charged again.

Refunds

• Your first payment for a plan. Ask within 14 days of the first payment for a plan and we refund it in full.
• Billing mistakes. A double charge, or a charge that shouldn't have happened, is always refunded in full.
• Part of a month. Apart from the cases above, we don't refund part of a month. When you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
• Extra packs. A pack none of whose emails you have used is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of buying it.

A refund goes back to the card or other payment method you paid with.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge. We reply within 2 business days.

If a charge looks wrong, please write to us before you dispute it with your bank or card issuer. We can usually sort out a billing problem faster than a dispute can.

Link's refund policy

Because Link is the merchant of record, Link's own refund policy also applies to these purchases: Sold through Link refunds. Link may give you a refund under its policy even where this policy doesn't.

Your rights under local law

Nothing in this policy limits a right to cancel, withdraw from a purchase or get a refund that the consumer law where you live gives you.
